Banana Smoothie with Strawberry Yogurt


Banana smoothie is a very common healthy drink we usually serve to our family. Make it more delicious by adding strawberry yogurt! You will surely love it!

The combination of fresh banana and strawberry yogurt makes this smoothie more tempting! You can actually choose any yogurt flavor you want for this banana smoothie. I chose strawberry yogurt for this drink since it is my favorite flavor of yogurt. It turned out so delicious! Try this to your family!


Ingredients :

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt

1/2 teaspoon of honey or 1 spoon of sugar

3-4 ice cubes


Preparations :

Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar. You can slice the ripe bananas first, before placing it in the blender.

Blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Note : You can exclude the honey or sugar, if you prefer.

  15. I love smoothies :-) It is a delish and healthy drink as well. I never try to put yogurt for the reason that my little K has an allergy with milk. I did try the banana and strawberry and we both love it :-)
