Honestly, I really don't like the taste of avocado fruit, I don't know why. Sadly, most nutritious fruits are what I don't eat. That's why I always turn those fruits into a smoothie so I can still consume them, but this time, I drink them. So, for all of you who are like me or maybe you have kids that don't want to eat fresh fruits like avocado, turn it into a smoothie! I'm sure you will love this!
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp honey or 2 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)
1. Scoop out the flesh of avocado fruit and put in the blender.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients then blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately. Makes 2-3 servings.
