Avocado Smoothie


Looking for a healthy refreshing drink today? Try this avocado smoothie! So easy to prepare!

Honestly, I really don't like the taste of avocado fruit, I don't know why. Sadly, most nutritious fruits are what I don't eat. That's why I always turn those fruits into a smoothie so I can still consume them, but this time, I drink them. So, for all of you who are like me or maybe you have kids that don't want to eat fresh fruits like avocado, turn it into a smoothie! I'm sure you will love this!

Ingredients :

1 avocado

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp honey or 2 tbsp sugar

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Preparations :

1. Scoop out the flesh of avocado fruit and put in the blender.

2. Add all the remaining ingredients then blend until smooth.

3. Serve immediately. Makes 2-3 servings.

    Nagsawa ako sa Avocado noong season nyan, sayang hindi ko na try yan smoothie.. Dami bayabas sa amin now, pwede ba yan substitute? ;)

  9. This is my husband's favorite smoothie. I remember a trick my mom told me. If by chance I bought a raw avocado, I can simply put them in a rice container for it to ripe. It worked all the time. Just don't forget you kept it there.

    One of my fave smoothie to drink. Sometimes, I add mango puree too to give more oomph on the taste because avaocado can be bland at times.

    Basta tinandaan ko na ito. Kapag season na ng Avocado, magsasawa ako rito. Promise mtr. padadalhan din kita through LBC.
